Above rates do not include lodging taxes of 5.6%. Housekeeping charges apply for stays less than four nights.  Housekeeping charge is $250 plus $75 per room for a one night stay.  Housekeeping charge is $250 plus $35 per room for a two night stay.  Housekeeping charge is $250 for a three night stay.  There is no housekeeping charge for stays of 4 nights or longer.  Rates do not include daily maid service. Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of your reservation deposit and signed contract.   The reservation deposit is equivalent to your first night's stay.  A second payment equal to an amount that brings your total deposit to 50% of the reservation amount is due one month after your initial reservation is made. Final payment of the remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival.   Once full payment and signed contract with credit card authorization is received, keys and final confirmation will be sent to you.   Damage Deposit - No damage deposit is collected. A signed contract is required and an authorized credit card is kept on file. Should any damages, excessive cleaning, unpaid charges or unreturned key replacement costs be incurred, the credit card on file will be charged the actual repair or replacement cost. Cancellations - Cancellation will result in forfeiture of payments unless rebooked. Note: A minimum of two nights use of the entire main retreat is required

between December 17 - April 1 and June 10 - Sept 30.
